If you're dealing with Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Difficulties, or anything that binds us up in life, counseling in Mindfulness will help.  By integrating the insights of psychology and the techniques and practices of mindfulness our teachers can help you to develop a personal practice that offers a new way to be free now.  The Blue Mountain Lotus Society and Sensei Anthony Stultz have developed The Four Directions, a unique system of guidance that offers a combination of insight and practice customized to the individual student. The student will accomplish specific goals, the acquisition of new tools to cope with future distress, and the experience of freedom and fullness with life through the reduction of suffering, and harmony with oneself. All of the Mindfulness Counselors at the Center are certified and supervised by Anthony Stultz and are held to the highest standards of professional and personal competence.
